DRL Drone Racing Finale to Air on ESPN

The Drone Racing League (DRL) has introduced the premiere of the 2017 Allianz Circuit Season Finale, the Drone Racing World Championship, which can air on ESPN this Friday, July 28 at 9 PM EST. Following an epic playoff race in Munich and an electrifying 2017 season, the world’s eight greatest drone pilots face-off on the DRL Allianz World Championship on the iconic Alexandra Palace in London, combating to be topped the World’s Greatest Drone Pilot.

At the 2017 season finale DRL pilots face a frightening course on the iconic Alexandra Palace, hitting speeds of greater than 80 MPH and navigating razor sharp turns and the primary ever FPV Power Loop, a sequence of sunshine gates stretching throughout 180 levels and forcing the drones into an inverted dive at full velocity.
