“We’re thrilled to have such an experienced and talented veteran of the industry joining our company,” said Enterprise UAS CEO Mike Zaya. “We believe that with Randall’s expertise we will be able to steer the company in new and exciting directions. Our goal is to explore new programs and strategic partnerships which further align us with OEMs as we help them penetrate the market, bringing aerial solutions to new and innovative applications while scaling our current enterprise customer base.”

Before working at Autel, Warnas served as the head of Global Industrial sUAS at thermal imaging leader FLIR, and prior to that was involved in the formation of the enterprise drone program at DJI.

“Joining a team where I can continue to evangelize for the proliferation of uncrewed technologies in the industrial and civic space with access to all of the best technologies available is a dream come true,” said Warnas. “After seven years working with manufacturers where focus is narrowed, now I can get back to understanding customer needs, and delivering the best solutions the world has to offer.  What separates the EUAS brands from other distributors in the market is that the entire operation is flexible, customer-centric and always evolving.  I have had a close working relationship with EUAS for many years, and when I heard about some of the innovative plans they have in store, I couldn’t resist getting involved.”

“Randall has been a driver of innovation and a thought leader in our industry,” stated EUAS President Luke Goldberg. “Along the way, Randall has cultivated deep roots in the commercial UAV business and his passion and knowledge has engendered a loyalty and following from clients that will serve as a springboard for our continued growth and for Randall’s. We could not be prouder and more bullish about our collective futures with Randall joining our executive team. Our current plans are quite ambitious, and we believe that Randall’s wealth of experience will be invaluable in achieving our goals.”

Warnas is one of several recent noteworthy additions to EUAS’ executive team, such as President Luke Goldberg, who possesses more than thirty years of sales and marketing leadership experience, and Creative Director Jeremy Weiss, former Creative Director for DJI.
