FAA Waivers and Authorizations at Lets Talk Drones

Join AUVSI North Carolina and two representatives from the FAA to get all of your questions about FAA waivers and authorizations answered – this Friday, September 25, 2o2o at 3pm.  During this 60 minute session, FAA representatives Michael O’Shea and John Meehan will discuss everything you need to know about Part 107 authorizations and waivers: including COAs, LAANC, and Tactical BVLOS.

Michael O’SHea is FAA UAS Integration Program Manager: John Meehan is an Aviation Safety Analyst.  Both have deep experience in working with pilots on waivers and authorizations – and know just what it takes for applications to be approved.

FAA Waivers The session will be followed by the AUVSI NC and DRONELIFE monthly virtual chatroom, ‘Let’s Talk Drones.’   “Let’s Talk Drones” will start at 4pm EST where we can continue the conversation about waivers and authorizations, address Q&A, discuss the global and national drone news, and open the floor to an “ask us anything” session.
